I use a supportive approach to facilitate new awareness, insights, and personal growth while rewiring your brain and nervous system. I work to provide you with a space where you feel understood, safe and can begin to heal and grow. We will unpack your core beliefs, values, and explore your sense of self-worth. Although the past has influenced our present, it need not dictate our future. Together we will develop a personalized approach to achieve your wellness goals.
I work with adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, substance use, addiction, ADHD, shame, and grief/loss with a LGBTQIA+ lens. You deserve to work with someone who will be gentle and kind, as well as honest and direct. It’s my hope that you walk away from therapy with purpose, a strengthened sense of self, and trust in your ability.
