I’m Cathy, a compassionate Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep commitment to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, those healing from religious trauma, and adolescents on their transformative journeys. A large percentage of my clients are neurodivergent and I am neurodivergent myself. My passion lies in creating empowering and inclusive therapeutic spaces where individuals can embrace their authentic selves and find healing and growth. As a therapist, I understand the significance of family dynamics in one’s well-being. I work with families to foster open communication, understanding, and acceptance.
