Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker who believes in a holistic approach to therapy. My number one priority in any therapeutic setting is to create a safe space for you to be exactly who you are. So many of us are left without these spaces, that often times, when we are exposed to this, the healing already begins. I have done a lot of work with folks who have a desire to be in tune to themselves/their bodies, implement boundaries, and increase positive self- talk. I am a therapist, but I am also a client to a therapist as well. I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming at times, I am here to support you and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
