Looking for a queer/gay therapist? Open to one? Relationship stress, familial rejection, cultural oppression…are you overwhelmed and unsure how to cope? Experienced trauma and don’t know how to heal and move forward? I help individuals and couples/relationships feel seen, safe, and understood while gaining emotional skills for navigating our often isolating, unsafe, and stressful world. We’ll compassionately explore your story, identities, and ways of surviving and coping to figure out what’s working and what you want you want to change. Being human is messy. You don’t have to do this alone. I’d love to connect.
I work in a relational and trauma-informed way to meet you where you’re at, co-create space for healing, and journey with you toward your goals. I will tell you what I am thinking and be open and honest. We’ll balance exploration of your story with skill building to help you feel capable of coping with stress and trauma responses as you heal and grow.
Therapy is a real relationship between real people. Together we can invite all your parts to heal and grow: body, heart, mind, and spirit. You can (re)author your own story. Having experiences as both therapist and client, I know how important it is to feel safe, seen, and supported. See more on my website and reach out for a free consultation to see if we’re a fit.
