I am a queer AuDHD hypnotherapist and I specialize in intimacy (sex, relationships & intimacy with life) and burnout. I live an alternative lifestyle myself (kink & poly) but work gently with many clients who seek to express love in a multitude of ways, not only sexual or romantic. I use hypnosis, creative dreaming, meditation, qigong and somatic coaching as modalities for forging new neural pathways alongside our stories. I have decades of experience (I'm in my 40s) working with disabled and chronically ill clients as well as those with complex mental health conditions such as Borderline Personality Disorder. While I do not provide therapy for mental health conditions or Autism, my approach works well alongside traditional therapy, and for those who are stuck in therapy or ready to move on and integrate.
