Jordan Werner, M.A., AMFT #132868 (She/Her) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist under the supervision of Matt Metcalf LCSW #80562. She has been Foundationally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) by Nick Salsman, PhD and Basma Kilani, MA at Marsha Linehan’s Behavioral Tech.
Making the decision to embark on a therapeutic journey is a difficult and courageous, yet rewarding decision. It's my goal to meet you where you’re at and create an empathetic, safe, and nonjudgmental space for you to discover more about yourself and make sense of the world around you. I use a compassionate, sincere, and culturally competent approach with my clients.
By engaging in meaningful discussions and self-examination, I will assist you in identifying recurring behaviors and thought patterns, gain a deeper awareness of yourself, and enhance your ability to handle difficult situations that arise in life. As we develop our relationship, we will work together to build your resilience and equip you with the tools necessary to face challenges with confidence.
