I’m the co-owner and co-founder of The Empathy Paradigm, and currently work as the primary Psychological Safety Consultant and Identity Development Coach. My professional background as a Qualified Mental Health Professional is in mental health crisis intervention, medical withdrawal stabilization, and suicide awareness training. I hold my Master Certified Professional Coach certification through an ICF accredited institution, and am a member of the Advisory Board of the CSU East Bay Customer Experience program as an inclusive culture specialist. I’ve been featured in The CEO Magazine, BBC’s Equality Matters, and the Manage HR Magazine.
As an Identity Coach, I’ll help you develop your personal and professional identities through vulnerability, curiosity, and non-judgment. Typical sessions can include learning and developing leadership or relational skills, asking questions you’re not comfortable asking elsewhere, exploring beliefs and how they present in daily life, and much more. I’m trauma-informed, but I am not a therapist. I’ll refer to and partner with mental health professionals to address underlying needs and healing that may be needed to achieve your goals, but I will not treat or diagnose them myself. My framework for individual coaching is built on our signature Empathy Equation™, and is inclusive, intentional, and empowering.
I proudly believe in the undeniable innate value of humans, universal belonging and social responsibility, and I work to empower all individuals to explore and confidently express their identity and beliefs.
