I’ve been in private practice since 2004. My main specialties are PTSD, C-PTSD as well as eating disorders. I offer both a progressive Christian or secular counseling perspective. My heart has always been to help those who are struggling find a way to the other side where life is beautiful, fulfilling and worth living. I am certified in emdr therapy which is my main mode of helping others process trauma. I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and healed. So much growth and healing happens within the context of a relationship with a therapist. I pride myself on creating safety where the space in therapy is a shame and judgement free zone. Trauma cannot be processed without safety so that is always my priority when working with people. I am here to merely be a tool in a powerful process for those who choose healing and hope.
