Hello! I am a 35-year-old white, cis, queer, larger bodied, able bodied female. I was born in New Mexico and spent the first 30 years of my life there. Counseling is my second career. I have spent the past 15 years working in a hospital setting, the last 8 years being in labor and delivery. The healthcare experience, and working with people during pregnancy has shaped who I am today.

I am currently a third year Masters in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling graduate intern at Portland State University. I am open to working with everyone and not limiting myself. I want to get as much experience as I can during this unique time of being a student counselor. My many years of experience working in healthcare has made me comfortable having conversations about bodies and body functions. My future goal is to become an ASSECT certified Sex Therapist.
