Hi, I’m Luc.
Seeking out sex and relationship therapy takes courage. It means acknowledging an intimate part of yourself and asking for help. I specialize in working with clients with histories of sexual trauma, clients who experience difficulties in finding/sustaining meaningful sexual or romantic relationships, clients who have concerns about their sexual behaviors or interests, and couples seeking to improve their sexual communication.
I provide an authentic, open environment where all the parts of you are safe to be expressed. Together, we can help you (re)discover pleasure, joy, and security in yourself and your relationships. We’ll look into where you are now, how you got there, and what you’d like to see for yourself. We can take things step by step or dive right in, although usually the therapeutic process is a mix of both. We’ll look into your past and present intimate relationships, the family and culture you grew up in, and the other parts of life that make you, you.
I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, and completed my post-graduate training in sex therapy through the Council for Relationships. I’m a member of AASECT, and I’m dedicated to ongoing professional development. I’m dedicated to a practice that’s culturally competent, anti-racist, and LGBTQ+ affirming.
