Get to know me...

As a queer therapist, I know how essential it is to have a space where your full identity is seen, affirmed, and understood. I specialize in LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy for adults and adolescents, providing support for exploring identity, unpacking internalized narratives, navigating neurodiversity, managing stress/anxiety, and addressing complex mental health challenges. My approach is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based modalities, helping clients build insight, develop skills, and create meaningful change in ways that feel authentic and empowering.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician. I have additional training in DBT-Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE) for PTSD as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness. I integrate these modalities to provide highly individualized care, particularly for clients navigating complex trauma, emotion dysregulation, and relational challenges. In addition to my clinical work, I supervise and train associate therapists, helping them develop skills in providing affirmative care to LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, and those with complex mental health needs. My background includes crisis intervention training and work with high-risk populations, including specialized experience in supporting individuals navigating suicidal thoughts.

I strive to create a therapy space that is both deeply affirming and clinically effective—structured yet flexible, clinically grounded yet holistic. My goal is to meet you where you are while providing the insight, tools, and support to help you move toward healing and growth.
