I am the owner of Inner Truth Psychotherapy & Wellness, located in Baltimore, MD, where I facilitate mind-body-spirit healing and transformation with a particular focus on women over 30 grappling with their sexual identity. I offer a one-one coaching program specifically for women over 30 who want support navigating their journey towards coming out whether they are single or married. I provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples as well as mediumship sessions. I also provide professional coaching, consultation and supervision to both licensed and pre-licensed social workers. My practice combines my social work and teaching experience with my intuitive abilities in order to offer a space for healing and growth for all who seek it.
I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Women’s Studies from Syracuse University, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Howard University and a Reiki Master Teacher Certification from Gentle Hands Reiki in Laurel, MD. I am also the author of Untangled: A Black Woman’s Journey to Personal, Spiritual and Sexual Freedom.
