Feeling comfortable, supported, and safe are imperative for your therapeutic experience. I prioritize a person-centered approach, embracing every client wholeheartedly. Together, we’ll delve into the patterns of your thoughts, emotions, actions, and values to foster a richer self-awareness and awareness of your relationships with others. I am passionate about providing a non-judgmental and open space to explore your experiences and help you overcome any challenges.

As a queer man, I am a major advocate for inclusivity and my door is open to anyone who feels marginalized in society. I am queer affirming, culturally sensitive, body positive, sex positive, and more. I always work toward social justice and advocating against the discriminatory -isms and -phobias that plague society.

I am currently finishing my Master of Science in Clinical Counseling at East Carolina University. Originally from the southern Outer Banks of North Carolina, I am thrilled to now call Philadelphia my new home. Drawing from my background in the health and wellness industry, I hold valuable experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds with unique needs.

I mostly work with people in their 20s and 30s who experience depression, anxiety, ADHD, or need help navigating all that comes with life transitions and relationships. Life is full of highs and lows, and it is through these experiences and emotions that we grow. I would love to help you work through the lows and discover your best self. I also have experience helping individuals recover from substance use issues and build a healthy relationship with alcohol and other drugs.

I do not accept insurance. My session fee is currently $30. I offer a sliding Scale down to $20.
