Jade Davies

Hello and welcome! I’m Jade, a therapist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and partners on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. My own experiences have shaped my understanding of what it’s like to feel muted and disempowered, particularly within religious contexts. Through my own journey of reclaiming my truest self, I’ve come to appreciate the importance of creating spaces where voices are heard, power is reclaimed, and intuition is honored.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a trauma-informed, body-based, and attachment-focused framework. I believe in co-creating a secure and nurturing environment where clients can explore and reclaim their wellness, identity, internal safety, and pleasure.
